SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping. Free shipping on most orders over $250.00 or more.
Returns. All returns require prior authorization from Schraders Medical Supply (SMS). Product being returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee. SMS will only accept product returned within six months from the date of purchase. All returns must be returned in original packaging and are subject to inspection by SMS. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold or for Special Orders that are non-returnable. Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
